Get Beyond Limits understands the fact that nobody likes to
cancel an event where a world of unlimited possibilities can be
explored. However the cancellations are exorbitant for the trek which
increase the running costs. Also, the fact that organizing trekking
events with all required facilities and great food at such a
reasonable rates has only been possible by optimizing the costing
which gets hampered when a cancellation is done. In order to run the
event in high spirit even if the costing gets high (because we love
to), we have come up with the cancellation charges for weekend treks
as under:
- CASE 1: 25 Days before an event - Full
Refund
There would be a
standard transaction charge of 5%.
- CASE 2: 24 to 15 Days before an event - 50%
Refund
We understand there is loss of 50% from your end which is not
our intention, so to compensate that we give you an option to use the
complete amount for the next trek.
- CASE 3: 14 Days before an event - No
Refund
We understand there is loss from your end. To recover your
loss, we offer you an option to substitute an other Outdoor
enthusiast like you for the trek.
Failure to reach the pickup points later than the given time on the website or the time communication done by Get Beyond Limits via emails and/or other channels for whatsoever reasons will be considered as a 'no show' case and the ticket will be made null and void.
