GET BEYOND LIMITS

GET INTRODUCED TO A NEW WORLD

COVID GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED BY THE OUTDOOR LEADERS OF GET BEYOND LIMITS FOR TREKKING AND CAMPING

As part of our vision since 2014, we believe in transparency. Every time you book with us you become a part of the family. You have all the rights to know how we are making the trekking and camping trips under the safety guidelines of Covid-19. These instructions are to be followed by all Outdoor Leaders to make sure the we all are safe from Covid-19. By sharing the details with you we believe that these protocols will be followed strictly and we can work together as a team.

  1. Check your temperature and the temperature of the driver before entering the vehicle. The temperature should always come in the safe limits.

  2. Check the temperature of each participant entering the vehicle. The temperature should always come in safe limits. In case, the temperature is not in the safe limits. One must not allow them to be part of the outdoor event.

  3. Maintain social distancing in the bus.

  4. Masks are compulsory while travelling on the bus.

  5. Make sure that the bus is sanitized by the driver in front of your eyes. It generally takes 30 mins to get sanitized.

  6. In case, participants are passing the pen to sign disclaimer make sure they sanitize it first and then do the signature.

  7. In case, we are stopping for breakfast or pack lunch for the trek, it is the responsibility of the Outdoor Leaders to make sure that social distancing is a priority irrespective of how the world is following it.

  8. We will be providing a couple of gloves to you so that the Project Green drive can be done with full enthusiasm. The other gloves can be given to the volunteers of the drive and the gloves can be disposed of back in the Project Green bags before handing them to the recycling facility Sahaas, Koramangala, Bengaluru.

  9. During the trek maintain a minimum 6 feet distance between the participants. You should be able to have a check on everyone irrespective of distance.

  10. Maintain social distancing even in group pictures.

  11. Avoid sharing of mobile phones for pictures. Use self-timer for pictures if everyone including yourself is included in the picture.

  12. At no point should an Outdoor Leader feel obliged to hold hands of the participant for assistance during the trek. Before Covid-19 holds hands to help the team mates was a common pratice but now things are changed. One can take their own sweet time to cross any barrier on a trek if required.

  13. Social distancing is a small part of the new world. It should not stop one from connecting with nature. A lot of emphases should be done on reconnecting with outdoors.

Together we can do more. May you always, ‘know no limits’.
